Job Description
We are seeking a HR Compliance Associate to work on a temporary assignment with our client. In this role, this individual will assist with critical onboarding and compliance-related tasks. The HR Compliance Associate
will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining compliance standards, and
supporting the team in delivering high-quality HR services.
Tasks will include:
- onboarding documentation
- background checks
- expirables document/certifications follow-up
- compliance training accounts set-up
- government compliance and regulation processing and tracking
This assignment will be about 3-6 months long.
Work location: Hybrid - 3-4x/week in office in NYC
Pay range: $25 - $30/hr
