Qualifications:
Security Certification Required
U.S. Citizenship & Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility Required
Experience in IT system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
Knowledge of DoD/AFCENT standards and cybersecurity policies
Proficiency in Help Desk operations and IT asset management
Strong communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide prioritized service restoration as per the Escalation Matrix.
· Instruct users on system operations and report unauthorized hardware/software changes.
· Manage Help Desk tickets, ensuring proper documentation of all actions.
· Support inspections, audits, and comply with Information Assurance standards.
· Maintain equipment accountability, track hardware lifecycle, and ensure proper disposal per regulations.
· Liaise with CST shop for iPhone management and provide knowledge transfer for office continuity.
· Maintain warehouse facilities and transport hardware as required.
· Develop and submit Client Systems Support Monthly Status Reports.
