EPS Corporation is looking for a Property Management Specialist
This position is contingent upon a contract award.
1) Performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment’s
storage plan.
2) Work involves most of the following:
a. verify materials against receiving documents,
b. noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages,
c. routing materials to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing
materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods,
d. rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials,
e. examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage,
f. removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.
3) Keeping accurate documentation related to inventory management, shipping/receiving action
and any required hand receipt records.
4) Work with commercial carriers to support material movement requirements.
5) May operate hand, power trucks and forklifts in the performance of warehouse duties
It is required that the Property Management Specialist, Senior Lead has the following
qualifications:
a. Possesses a Secret clearance
b. Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military
school.
o Degree can be substituted with 6 years of additional job-related experience.
c. A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in property management on projects of
similar scope and complexity to this requirement.
d. Located within commuting distance of primary work location of PMTN at APG.
