Job Highlights:
Join OMNI Technologies Logistician team to provide Property Control Activity (PCA) and Automation Resource Management logistical support.
General Required Skills:
- Experience with Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A)
- Experience with Army Enterprise System Integation Program (AESIP)
- Knowledgeable of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) program management
- Experience collecting, compiling, analyzing, investigating, researching, or applying logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information
- Demonstrated ability to develop, modify, prepare, or validate documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems
- Ability to develop/maintain status tracking spreadsheets, tracking inventory, action items, and task progressions
- Experience generating and tracking Army Supply Chain documentation
- Knowledge of the Federal Supply System as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria
- Experience using the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) for Non-Fielded Property (NFP), and Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) for Fielded Property (FP), as they relate to property accounting and inventory procedures
Key Job Functions:
OMNI Technologies seeks an experienced Logistician to provide IT lifecycle support. In this role, you will:
- Provide logistics support that shall include receipt, storage, ensuring condition code, completeness, and serviceability of parts prior to issue, inventory, and preparing material for dispatch utilizing correct procedures
- Assist in the planning, development and execution of logistics program activities including ILS, technical documentation, and provisioning
- Maintain a variety of automation resources, perform physical inventories, preparation of reports, and maintenance of records.
- Update property books as needed
- Maintain warehouse supply support which shall include receipt; storage; ensuring condition code, completeness, and serviceability of parts prior to issue; inventory; and preparing material for dispatch utilizing correct Army regulation procedures
- Provide inventory and receiving/shipping personnel to perform data entry, update inventory, and enter items into a variety of automation resources
- Preparing material for dispatching using correct material handling methods and devices to ensure receipt at final destination without damage or discrepancies
- Assist in the execution of audit samples and evaluation/troubleshooting of auditable issues within inventory tracking systems (e.g., GCSS, DPAS, etc.)
- Perform physical inventories, preparation of reports, maintenance of records, material handling, and cleaning equipment
- Providing customer assistance in a timely and courteous manner
