Camp Pendleton Food Service - Project Manager

JOB OPTIONS INC. seeks an individual with supervisory experience to fill position as Project Manager for Mess Hall on Camp Pendleton. Project Manager will perform a wide range of moderate to difficult and personnel to ensure efficient and profitable operations; uses independent judgement within the framework of government contract requirements, established company policies, protocols, objectives or higher direction. Plans, directs and coordinates activities of the project site(s), through supervisors assigned, to ensure that government contract requirements and company goals and objectives for the project sites(s) are accomplished within prescribed periods and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through directing subordinate supervisors.

Requires three years minimum experience managing cafeteria or food service facility, ability to read and interpret safety & legal documents operating and follow procedure manuals. Proficient of basic word processing such as MS Office & Excel. Must possess a valid Driver License, must subject to a Background investigation to include finger printing. Certificate from an approved Sanitation program. Serve safe and/or PIC (Navy Food Handlers Certification) Compensation will be $34- $36 DOE.
