Job Summary: Oversees and performs all operational quality control activities; coordinates/directs Quality Control Inspectors in their assigned responsibilities; uses independent judgment, within the framework of contract requirements, established Company policies, protocols, objectives, or higher direction, in decision making; makes recommendations and assists in the formulation of operational objectives and plans for their project site(s); plans, directs and coordinates project site(s) activities through Quality Control Inspector(s) by effectively monitoring and utilizing Smart Facility Software; ensures that contract requirements and Company goals and objectives are accomplished by performing the following duties:
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for auditing and conducting Quality Control Inspections at applicable worksites using Smart Facility Software to ensure that contractual obligations are met and Company standards are maintained.
2. Maintains required tracking records/databases; including all quality issues and/or deficiencies. Meets with the Management team weekly to discuss and decide on corrective action.
3. Responsible for ensuring that corrective action is implemented and that positive results are achieved.
4. Responsible for receiving non-compliant reports/complaints from Customers and providing a summary of the corrective action taken to the Management Team for review and comment.
5. Responsible for communicating changes/information regarding Smart Facility Software and/or procedures thru training and/or distributing informational materials. May be asked to provide observations on the effectiveness of current processes.

6. Maintains effective and open communication with Management Team Members to ensure compliance with Company standards and Contractual obligations.
7. Maintains up-to-date/working knowledge of Smart Facility Software, Company standards, and contractual requirements.
8. Responsible for identifying deficiencies. Records and prepares written reports of any deficiencies and submits them to the Management Team weekly. Ensures that appropriate corrective action required by the Management Team is implemented in a timely manner.
9. Prepares daily Fault Reports based on the previous day's inspections. Disseminates Fault Reports to appropriate Supervisors/Team Leaders. Ensures that Fault Reports are addressed/corrected and returned in a timely manner.
10. Prepares monthly Quality Control Reports for the government per contract requirements.
11. Responsible for maintaining tablets. Ensures that tablets are functional and the Operating System and apps are updated regularly.
12. Responsible for syncing tablets daily for inspectors.
13. All other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid State issued Driver License.
- Must pass initial pre- employment physical and annual physical thereafter.
- Must submit to a NCIC-III background check (to include fingerprinting), and annual review thereafter.
- 1-2 years’ experience working with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000 and Company Standards, to be able to ensure that ISO requirements and company standards are met.
- Experience in safety training, management, quality control, supervision of housekeeping employees, and interface with hospital operations personnel strongly preferred.
- Proficient in use of computer/tablet, spreadsheets, software applications, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and report wok of assigned staff, including ability to determine appropriate staffing requirements.
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English with the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must display effective written/verbal communication skills; able to follow directions and interact w/co-workers; understand work rules and procedures, and accept constructive criticism.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra/geometry, solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Typical Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.e.
Equipment Used: Computer, phone, tablet, PBX, Phone System, copier, fax, calculator and other equipment as assigned.
