About the Job
Put your relationship-building skills to work conducting consultations and maintaining strong client connections throughout project lifecycles
Use your analytical abilities to perform detailed site assessments and create accurate project estimates

Sales / Estimator Qualifications
2 years of customer-facing sales or service experience
Landscaping or similar industry experience highly preferred
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Proficiency with business technology (email, spreadsheets, estimation software)
Experience with project estimation or scope development preferred
Knowledge of Indianapolis area and local plant species is a plus
Valid driver's license and current reliable transportation
