The purpose of the Residential Sales Estimator position is to complete in-home estimates with customers where you will use a consultative approach to uncover the details of their projects and identify the best solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities
Conduct sales and estimating procedures based on leads provided by the company.
Establish and nurture important connections with similar businesses and real estate professionals.
Prepare painting estimates for both residential and small to medium-sized commercial projects.
Create proposals and deliver engaging presentations to customers.
Maintain productivity standards and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Ensure timely follow-up on all estimates, inquiries, complaints, and other forms of communication.
Honor appointments with customers and attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications
1-2 years of sales experience.
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of Military experience.
Ability to use basic business technology and customer relationship management software.
Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and work independently, must be a self-starter.
Must pass a background check and insurability evaluation.
