What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Manager position at Job Resources?
The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of leadership and direct experience managing manufacturing operations, production, engineering, EHS and quality team with full plant P&L responsibilities. Preferably candidates in the automotive market with experience in precision metal stamping and plastic injection molding and strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
