Job Description
Assembly Technician II
Location : Colorado Springs, CO (80915)
Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing filtration systems and components to ensure quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble and prepare all sub-components for filter and system assembly.
- Perform physical assembly of filter elements and prepare products for shipment.
- Wire motors to control cables and solenoid valves.
- Assemble electrical connection blocks and junction boxes according to schematics.
- Inspect and test pumps, set pressure relief valves, and install hydraulic fittings.
- Install temperature and pressure sensors as required.
- Cut, crimp, and install hydraulic hoses.
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of final filtration systems.
- Conduct quality control tests on components and completed systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
