Job Description
Job Store Staffing is currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives for Deckers Brands. Deckers Brands over sees five major shoe Brands: UGG, Teva, Sanuk, Hoke One One, and Koolaburra.
This is a seasonal position starting September 18th with additional training classes starting weekly until October 16th.
Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Broomfield, CO
Compensation: $14/hr generous Deckers employee discount
Hours: Scheduled Shifts available between Monday-Friday 6:45AM- 9:15PM and Saturday- Sunday 8AM- 4:30PM.
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Corresponding with customers via chat, inbound phone calls, email to resolve customer needs.
- Responsible for promptly and courteously resolving challenges while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Perform detailed order processing and data entry.
- Display excellent customer service skills .
- Maintain extensive product knowledge.
- Strategically suggest sales, as needed.
