Order Entry Specialist
Location : Colorado Springs, CO (80906)
Pay : $17 - $22 per hour
Schedule : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM or 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Position Summary :
Join our team as an Order Entry Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming orders by opening, sorting, labeling, logging, and organizing them.
- Ensure order completeness, inspect product specifications, and perform final accuracy checks.
- Accurately enter order information into the Firefly data system, making necessary corrections.
- Facilitate smooth order fulfillment by verbally communicating essential order details.
- Collaborate on remake orders and locate customer orders requiring updates.
- Coordinate shipping details and maintain an efficient filing system for completed orders.
- Operate the FedEx shipping system to prepare packages for shipment, ensuring accurate billing and shipping details.
