Job Summary:Our exclusive client is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their finance team. The role involves processing invoices, assisting with payments, and supporting daily accounts payable tasks.Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately and on time
- Handle 500–600 invoices each month across different systems
- Support with payments and monthly closing tasks
- Respond to questions related to invoices or payments
- Record international taxes (like VAT) correctly
- Help run accounts payable reports
- Follow company procedures and internal controls
- Assist with other finance tasks like travel expenses and payroll
- Create simple reports or complete special tasks when needed
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Comfortable using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Very detail-oriented and organized
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with NetSuite
- Experience with international payments and taxes
- Worked in a tech or software company
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
