Responsibilities :
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth and profitability. Your responsibilities will include :
1. Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
2. Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and increasing revenue.
3. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Working collaboratively with internal teams to align our services and solutions with client needs.
5. Delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
6. Providing regular reports on account status, including sales results and market trends.

Qualifications :

7. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferable.
