Responsibilities :
1. Manage all aspects of billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all billing activities.
2. Utilize e-billing systems to generate invoices, handle payments, and manage accounts.
3. Perform data entry tasks, accurately inputting information into relevant systems and databases.
4. Conduct account reconciliation activities, resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with other departments, providing billing information as needed and assisting with inquiries or issues.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations related to billing, ensuring all activities are compliant.
7. Contribute to the improvement of billing procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
8. Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain efficient operation.
9. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
10. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any billing inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a billing role, preferably within the legal industry.
2. Proficiency in e-billing systems and related software.
3. Strong data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Experience in account reconciliation, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
5. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
