Job Details
What You’ll Do :
Engage with Patients – Educate and guide hospital patients on HIPP, ensuring they understand and enroll in this vital program.
Advocate & Assist – Gather necessary documentation, liaise with hospital staff, and navigate healthcare benefits to support patients.
Problem-Solve & Coordinate – Work with employers, insurance providers, and Medicaid to ensure seamless enrollment and continued coverage.
Leverage Technology – Utilize cutting-edge software and Apple devices to manage patient cases efficiently.
What We Are Looking For :
Please note : This position is working on-site at a local hospital. As such, you will be required 1. to stay up-to-date on all vaccines, including FLU and COVID, and 2. pass a background check.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
