We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team! This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to lead special projects. This role also requires occasional travel for company events and meetings-approximately 50% travel.
The ideal candidate is someone extremely detail oriented, organization, motivated to work for an amazing organization and hold a critical role in supporting their top leaders. This position is in-office with some travel, as well. The ideal candidate must have a lot of flexibility and adaptability in their schedule, as there are personal assistant responsibilities related to the business, as well.

Job Details
Responsibilities :
1. Provide high-level administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
2. Lead special projects as assigned, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
3. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
4. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
6. Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings, including arranging travel and accommodations for attendees.
7. Handle urgent matters promptly and professionally, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
2. Demonstrated ability to lead special projects, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
6. Willingness to travel occasionally for company events and meetings.
7. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
9. Experience as a Personal Assistant is required.
