As a Permanent Firm Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include :
1. Overseeing daily operations of the firm, including managing administrative staff and coordinating all office procedures.
2. Developing and implementing strategic business plans to promote the firm's growth and profitability.
3. Managing the firm's budget, including tracking expenses, forecasting future costs, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
4. Coordinating with department heads to set goals, establish priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
5. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices.
6. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
7. Streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation.
8. Secure adherence to the company’s policies and guidelines.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Firm Administrator role will possess the following qualifications :
