The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in HR and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests

and issues.

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, and maintaining
  • communication with job applicants.

  • Facilitate onboarding of new hires, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training, to create a positive first experience for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation for all employees.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans, and manage related employee communication.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • and regulations.

  • Support the performance management process, coordinating reviews, and tracking employee progress.
  • Participate in HR projects, such as HRIS implementation, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and events to promote a positive work environment.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for understanding and explaining complex information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with a commitment to stay updated on recent changes in the field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus and a team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and a flexible approach.
  • Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
