Position Description

From regulatory compliance and litigation management to contract administration and corporate governance, you'll be involved in every aspect of our legal operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various business functions and senior management, both internationally and domestically.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance : Assist in preparing SEC filings and maintaining corporate documents for our subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Litigation Management : Maintain our litigation database, coordinate with internal and external counsel on legal matters, and support the management of ongoing litigation and dispute resolution.
Support M&A Deals : Provide crucial support to attorneys on mergers and acquisitions and other high-impact projects, including due diligence and regulatory filings.
Audit and Litigation Updates : Prepare audit response letters and keep litigation updates current, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Financial Oversight : Handle legal department invoices, budget, and E-billing system, ensuring accurate financial management.
Real Estate Documentation : Assist with the preparation and maintenance of real estate documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Educational Background : Undergraduate degree and paralegal certificate.
Experience : Proven experience with corporate documents, litigation management, and regulatory compliance.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Personal Attributes : Strong judgment, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
