Job Details
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Systems Administrator & Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role will provide frontline support for both IT systems and desktop issues, ensuring smooth operations across all departments, particularly in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10 / 11, and network systems while offering desktop support and troubleshooting technical problems for end-users.
Key Responsibilities :
Mobile device management (MDM).
Essential Skills and Experience :
Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
