Job Details
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Programmer to contribute to a dynamic and innovative manufacturing environment. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision and quality, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and maintain CNC programs using Mastercam for multi-axis machining centers and Wire EDM.
2. Use CAD / CAM software to design and implement new manufacturing processes.
3. Perform complex precision measurements using micrometers, CMM, and other precision measurement tools.
4. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.
5. Maintain and enhance quality control processes, ensuring products meet specified standards and tolerances.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
7. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize product design and manufacturing processes.
8. Continually evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
9. Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols in all manufacturing processes.
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Programmer in the manufacturing industry.
2. Extensive experience with CAD / CAM software, particularly Mastercam.
3. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers and CMM.
4. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and blueprint reading.
5. Expert understanding of GD&T principles and applications.
6. Experience with multi-axis machining centers and Wire EDM.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong understanding of metalworking processes.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
11. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
