Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from initial planning to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with team members and other professionals to adhere to the plan.
- Implement effective communication strategy among the project team and stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure safety compliance.
- Evaluate and manage project budget, maintain cost control, and ensure financial performance of the project.
- Negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers.
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Conduct quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets the highest standards and complies with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they complete assigned tasks as per plan.
- Address issues, solve problems and implement changes as needed to ensure the project stays on track.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
Qualifications :
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
