Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the construction industry through a strategic approach.

2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry to establish a robust network.

3. Leverage Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and forecast business growth.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.

5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the construction industry.

6. Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutual benefits.

8. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

9. Provide insightful feedback from clients to the company to help in product and service improvements.

10. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetups to promote the company’s services and build a professional network.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the construction industry.

2. Proven experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is a must.

3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

4. Strong project background in one or more of the following sectors : industrial, healthcare, biosciences, or institutional projects

5. Strong understanding of MEP construction projects.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

8. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a persistent drive to succeed.

9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
