Job Details
SUMMARY : As our Systems Integration Engineer you will be responsible for testing and validating complex embedded Linux systems within aerospace and related technology environments. You will take ownership of test, verification, and validation processes.
MUST HAVES :
Linux Command Line, Scripting (bash / python)
Experience making test cases.
Automated test verification experience (Simplifying testing to make it more automated)
NICE TO HAVES :
Experience with Satellite communication systems.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and execute test cases based on system requirements.
Own and drive the entire test lifecycle (Test, Verification, Validation) for delivered products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan system tests and ensure all technical specifications are met.
Integrate hardware and software in a lab environment, configuring networking and other system components.
Design automated regression tests for hardware-in-the-loop environments.
Coordinate Agile / Scaled Agile sprints and tasks, aligning test activities with development milestones.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
Bachelors in Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Physics
3 Years of professional experience.
Embedded Systems (Linux) : Demonstrated experience with Linux command-line tools, basic scripting (Bash / Python), SSH, wireshark and related troubleshooting.
Lab Setup & Test Equipment : Familiar with oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers (L-band), VSWR measurements, insertion loss testing, and gain measurements.
Networking Skills : Proficiency with VLAN configuration, IPTables, port mirroring, and packet analysis using tools such as Wireshark.
Model-Based Systems Engineering : Experience using MBSE methodologies to organize and manage test cases.
Ownership & Leadership : Proven ability to take initiative and guide teams through test and verification tasks.
