Overview:
This is a 12-month rotational and development program for people starting a marketing career at the company and is designed to enable persons without significant prior marketing experience to develop marketing competencies critical for successful performance in an increasingly complex marketplace. Built upon the 70/20/10 adult learning principal, the role comprises formal, social, and experiential training opportunities. Participants complete 2, six-month rotations in a progressive series of entry level marketing roles under the supervision/coaching of an experienced marketer. Upon completion of two successful rotations, participants graduate from the program and are eligible to post for Marketing roles.
Responsibilities:
- Successful completion of two placements, in addition to completing all marketing required training.

- Brand Strategy and Planning
- Customer Experience
- Data & Measurement
- Develop and demonstrate key transferable skills, including:

- Business Acumen
- Develop and demonstrate skills related to communicating with multiple key customers. (Payer, HCP, Consumer)
- Completed a Bachelor's Degree (or higher), preferably marketing or business focus by August 2025
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Formal marketing education
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- General Understanding of marketing function
