As part of the Tax team you'll gain exposure to various aspects of tax services, engaging in
compliance, consulting, and provision services to provide comprehensive tax solutions. You'll
have the opportunity to work closely with businesses, helping them build strong client
relationships and enhance your skills across the tax spectrum.
Position Responsibilities:
● Participate in client engagements and project tasks
● Conduct research on tax laws, rules, and regulations
● Analyze the application of tax laws and provide solutions
● Demonstrate creativity and initiative in various projects
● Collaborate effectively as a team member
● Address client needs and provide exceptional service
● Adapt to changing priorities and finish tasks promptly
● Develop technical knowledge of firm services and resources
Required qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
● Required Cumulative GPA: 3
Preferred qualifications:
● Before starting full-time, meet all educational requirements to be eligible for the primary
credential license appropriate for relevant practice area, such as meeting all educational
requirements to satisfy the 150 credit hour requirement necessary for the CPA license,
or provide documentation satisfactory to the Firm that your CPA license can be obtained.
● Researching and analyzing tax laws
● Interacting with client and firm management
● Self-motivation and personal growth
● Knowledge of federal and state tax laws
● Experience with tax compliance services
● Innovating through new technologies
● Working with large, complex data sets
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $50000 - $130000.
