Tax Management Associates (TMA) is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to actively promote development and marketing of TMA's full range of products and services.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Primary sales territories will include Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, Florida, and additional states as opportunities arise. Travel is required to all assigned and potential territories. Skills should include superior interpersonal communication, a self-starting attitude, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Flexibility to work some weekends and an average of 40-50 hours per week is expected.
This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. Position requirements include daily contact with current and potential TMA client jurisdiction officials and state agencies.
Requirements :
- An undergraduate degree is required.
- Prior sales experience is preferred, with additional preference given to candidates with experience in property tax with state and local government.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field is strongly preferred.
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The role requires a commitment to travel approximately 40%-50% of the time.

Based out of the TMA Nashville, Tennessee branch office or home-based.
Compensation :
110,000 - $120,000 Additional Compensation Incentives
