Job Description
We are looking for a Production Efficiency Expert to join our team at JobFairGiant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing designated manufacturing equipment and technology in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This role requires a strong technical understanding of specific technology, including operations, component life cycles, and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will provide coaching and mentoring to team members on Stellantis Production Way techniques for problem-solving and corrective action implementation.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with Skilled Trades staff to improve overall equipment effectiveness and reduce costs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance procedures in achieving KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) and suggest improvements.
- Address throughput, run-to-run, and downtime issues with equipment in a production environment.
