About the Role:
As a Bartender, you’ll craft elevated drinks with precision, engage guests with warmth and confidence, and help create a bar experience that’s seamless, stylish, and welcoming. You’ll be an integral part of a passionate team that values hustle, professionalism, and fun.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, wine, and beverages with efficiency and care
- Engage guests with hospitality, knowledge, and great energy
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar at all times
- Manage bar prep and restocking throughout service
- Work closely with barbacks, servers, and the kitchen to deliver a smooth guest experience
- Uphold all safety and service standards, from responsible alcohol service to cleanliness and pace
