Position : Bartender
Compensation : $17 / hr plus $18-$24hr tips

Craft Exceptional Drinks :
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.Stay informed about our drink menu, including seasonal drinks and unique ingredients.Provide Attentive Guest Service :
Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.Engage in friendly conversation to understand guests preferences and make personalized recommendations.Take Accurate Orders :
Record drink orders accurately and communicate them effectively to ensure a seamless service experience.Verify order details with guests to ensure their satisfaction.Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar :
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available.Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures.Anticipate Guest Needs :
Pay attention to guests cues, offering timely drink refills and responding promptly to requests.Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, seeking assistance when necessary.Foster a Collaborative Team Environment :
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders and ensure a smooth workflow.Support fellow bartenders and staff during busy periods.Showcase Knowledge and Enthusiasm :
