We are looking for a Director to lead and optimize HR operations. This role is both strategic and hands-on, overseeing payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance while ensuring smooth HR processes across a multi-state, rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities
- Payroll & Benefits – Manage payroll and benefits administration with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Onboarding & Employee Experience – Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and strong employee engagement.
- Policy & Compliance – Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and legal standards.
- Leadership & Growth – Build and manage an expanding HR team as the company scales.
Qualifications
- HR leadership experience in a 300 employee company.
- Multistate experience.
- Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred).
With five locations and expanding, this role offers leadership growth as additional HR staff are hired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
