Account Executive - Medium Enterprise

About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in guiding new customers through their journey with Workday. You will initiate and support sales of our solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects and share our value propositions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territories
- Performing account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
- Maintaining accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
About You
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- ~8 years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position
- Experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
- Experience engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory
