Accounts Receivable Representative
Cintas is seeking a professional to fill the role of Accounts Receivable Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounts receivable related functions, including:
- Tracking assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Developing and implementing plans to recover outstanding payments.
- Engaging in heavy phone activity with customers to resolve questions and complaints.
- Regularly updating account status and database.
- Complying with legal requirements when necessary.
The successful candidate will possess 2 years of collections experience and demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information professionally while achieving collections targets.
In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and have experience working with SAP and AS400 systems.
