We're looking for a dedicated Beauty Industry Store Operations Leader to join our team at Jobleads-US. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for overseeing all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
About the Role
- Ensure that all staff follows safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets.
- Maintain the store's appearance to ensure it always looks its best.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
