Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Bilingual Youth and Family Support Partner to join our team at San Diego Youth Services. As a key member of our HERE Now program, you will play a vital role in providing trauma-informed school-based suicide prevention and early intervention services to vulnerable populations.
Main Duties
- Deliver presentations on the Signs of Suicide (SOS) program to students and caregivers
- Assess risk and provide crisis intervention resources and support services to youth and families
- Cultivate partnerships with schools and community organizations to promote mental health awareness and access
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a trauma-informed service delivery model
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, including youth and families
- Knowledge of local resources and services supporting mental health and wellness
