About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bilingual Youth and Family Support Partner to join our HERE Now Program team. As a key member of our team, you will work with diverse groups of middle and high school youth, transitional aged-youth, and their families to provide comprehensive trauma-informed school-based suicide prevention and early intervention services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each youth and family
- Collaborate with school personnel, community agencies, and other stakeholders to provide wrap-around services and support
- Provide education and support to caregivers on mental health topics and resources available to them
- Participate in crisis response efforts, including providing support and resources to affected individuals and families
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions with youth and families
