**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized General Manager to join our team at SERVPRO of Hattiesburg.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of our franchise, including managing multiple operational divisions, developing and implementing effective strategies, and leading a team of managers to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual company plans, including projected revenue and expenses
- Lead a team of managers in responding to and managing restoration and construction projects
- Ensure job processes and procedures are followed
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and staff
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Experience in the restoration industry preferred
- Knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
