We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TRW Resources. This role involves fostering strong relationships with client hiring managers and company leaders, while also developing business within assigned key accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of shipboard/shipyard work environments and have excellent employee relations skills. They will be responsible for carrying out frontline safety compliance, conducting routine shipyard walks, and managing injury response and reporting.
Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate and schedule required safety training and orientation, liaise with vendors and customers to promote safety policies, and actively engage in internal and external safety and training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid US Driver's License is required
- 1-2 years of experience in shipboard, shipyard, or marine environments
