Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Jobleads-US. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of new Cryovac Brand Packaging offerings in the retail channel.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth of new Cryovac Brand Packaging offerings by creating pull-through in the retail channel, including brick and mortar retail and eCommerce, to include click and collect and home delivery or direct from brands to home.
- Presentation of Cryovac Brand Packaging Solutions to major retail, utilizing Insight Led Approach and sound financial reasoning (TCO and ROI selling).
- Meeting individual and team goals for sales opportunities of Case Ready (to include printed roll stock and printed shrink bags), Ready Meals, and target product lines into the food retail and eCommerce channel.
- Create, grow, and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key influencers in order to become a trusted advisor at the Top 10-15 food retail channel operators.
Requirements:
- ~10 years experience in the retail perishable sector, specifically fresh or processed protein.
- Experience in the retail perishable sector (sales, marketing, operations), specifically for fresh or processed protein.
- Ability to Travel 50% - 70% of the time.
- Valid Passport.
- Retail category management knowledge.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
