As a key member of our leadership team, the General Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success of our collision repair center. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing an exceptional customer experience through leading by example and empowering your team members to deliver outstanding results
* Managing the daily operations of the store, including maintaining a clean and organized repair facility and monitoring all maintenance required for shop equipment
* Preparing and managing annual and monthly operating budgets, as well as forecasting and tracking sales, profit, and expense objectives
* Delivering formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews, while also providing training and development opportunities for staff members
