• Serving as a member of the executive leadership team and maintaining a strong working relationship with the president and key senior leaders.
• Developing strategic communications and marketing programs that promote CMU's academic programs and enhance its reputation among external and internal constituents.
• Managing our branding strategy, associated marketing, and communications efforts, including social media platforms.
• Collaborating with the admissions office, innovation, online, and academic colleges to develop messaging needs and recruitment plans.
• Reviewing and assessing digital and social media platforms to build national and global brand recognition and continued enrollment success.
• Providing strategic oversight and development support for key materials, such as promotional materials, visual imagery, and crisis management.
• Supervising a diverse department and fostering a culture that inspires excellence and encourages growth and development among staff members.
