Qualifications and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be licensed as a family and internal medicine physician in Arizona, possess a current DEA registration, and be certified in a Board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties. Experience in primary care with administrative experience in corrections and/or managed health care delivery is preferred.
