Responsibilities
- Stewardship of the strategic plan to ensure stakeholders meet goals, producing reports.
- Overseeing the collection and reporting of data, and investigation of complaints filed under applicable Federal and State of New York Statutes.
- Creating and advancing OW's inclusive excellence roadmap.
- Being the University's Ombudsperson and managing response to bias-related incidents.
- Supervising the Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
- Providing professional development for faculty and staff.
- Being SUNY liaison for all issues related to inclusive excellence.
- Providing compliance and legal support, in partnership with SUNY General Counsel.
