Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and train a team of BCBAs and behavior technicians.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- BCBA certification.
- 3 years of experience as a BCBA.
- LBA licensure in MD.
- CPR & First Aid training.
