Job Overview
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up. You'll engage with customers via multiple channels, including in-person, by appointment, and virtually, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their banking needs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four to five years of job-related retail banking experience and possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Spanish and English is also required.
You'll be responsible for identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs, leveraging digital products and services to enhance their financial experiences. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
