The Director of Financial Aid NCC position is responsible for managing the administration of all federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to students and staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Title IV and other federal and state regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and college staff regarding financial aid matters.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the financial aid office.
- Oversee the processing of financial aid applications and awards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Counseling, or equivalent experience.
