Part-Time Trial Attorney - Commercial Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Obtain and prepare necessary legal documents, including briefs, motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings.
Requirements:
- A member of their local bar association (active membership preferred).
- Ability to handle heavy caseloads with minimal supervision.
- Graduation from law school with a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree.
