Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other strategic relationships, including service agreements, SaaS agreements, software license agreements, non-disclosure and/or data privacy agreements, and other transactional agreements.
Manage executed agreements to control costs, increase revenue, ensure compliance, maintain service levels, and aggregate expenditures enterprise-wide.
Assist with contractual and legal requirements in Requests for Proposal, Requests for Information, and other business initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited law school and passed a state bar exam.
5 years of experience drafting and negotiating transactional and/or commercial contracts with clients and vendors, involving software solutions, intellectual property, and data privacy and security.
Prior experience with healthcare organizations that have contracted with PBMs or with health plans with commercial and government programs (Medicare specifically).
