Job Description
The ideal candidate will manage all location staff functions to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining center profitability. This includes meeting or exceeding annual/monthly sales and production objectives to ensure positive EBIT and protecting all company assets within their area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attain total customer satisfaction through the direction and maintenance of a Total Quality Culture.
- Supervise and assist in the training of Center personnel to develop their maximum potential.
- Apprise management of all competitive products and practices.
- Manage all safety, health, and environmental processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 2 years or more of successful management experience.
- An associate or bachelor's degree.
- A self-starter with initiative and ability to work without direct supervision.
